All student athletes must have a current physical in order to tryout and participate in a sport. The athletic eligibility packet must be completed every school year.
**As of June 3, 2019, students can now fill out their paperwork online via www.athleticclearance.com.
(1) Contact Coach Avila if you need help with the site, or refer to the tutorial on the 2019 Summer Practice Schedule post.
(2) If you are having trouble completing the paper work online, then go see the school nurse or Coach Avila for an athletic packet. Be sure to fill out all sections (including dates and signatures).
